7-day returns & exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags.
- Personal-care, innerwear and sale/clearance items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or wrong.
- Please keep your order number or invoice.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, message us within 48 hours with photos/video of the parcel and product. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are made within 5–7 working days by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
